WILKES-BARRE -- Add another two to four years behind bars for a former Catholic high school football coach from Luzerne County. He'll now spend a total of almost 30 years in prison for child porn and sexual assault charges.

"Anything to say to the families of these victims?"

Joseph Ostrowski kept quiet as he left the Luzerne County Courthouse in Wilkes-Barre for what will likely be the last time. Ostrowski pleaded guilty to several child sex charges. He was sentenced immediately after to two to four years in county prison.

He was accused of sexually assaulting a student in the locker room at Holy Redeemer High School.

"This crime was a horrible, horrendous crime, especially for the victim in this case," said Asst. District Attorney Jenny Roberts.

This jail time comes just days after Ostrowski was sentenced to 25 years in a federal prison for child porn charges.

In county court, he told the judge "I would like to apologize for my family and for all the victims involved."

But the judge called his actions "reprehensible" and said these charges were worse than the ones he was sentenced for earlier this week.

"He was in a position of trust and he violated that trust, so it wasn't just a stranger on the street who approached this victim. It was someone who the victim trusted and who the victim would listen to," said Roberts.

Ostrowski's attorney declined comment. Parents of students at Holy Redeemer High School did not want to speak on camera but said they are glad to see he'll be locked up for a long time.
