JESSUP -- A festival in Lackawanna County was given a gift from across the Atlantic.
Officials in Gubbio, Italy have sent a statue of St. Ubaldo to their sister city, Jessup. The statue will be officially unveiled Thursday night.
Both Jessup and Gubbio hold festivals in honor of St. Ubaldo.
The big St. Ubaldo festival in Jessup runs May 22 through the 27.
