NANTICOKE -- Police believe they have the thief who stole metal fencing from a cemetery in Luzerne County.
Scott Wylie from Nanticoke was arrested Tuesday night.
Authorities said Wylie stole 500 feet of fencing and a gate from Newport Cemetery near Nanticoke last week.
He's locked up on $100,000 bail.
