Woman Accused Of Sneaking Drugs Into Jail In Sneakers

TUNKHANNOCK -- Investigators arrested a woman for allegedly smuggling drugs to inmates at the Wyoming County Jail.

State police say Sherry Harvey, 33, of Tunkhannock got suboxone into the jail by placing it in sneaker orders for prisoners.

Suboxone is a drug commonly used to treat narcotic addiction.

Harvey was arrested Monday and is locked up in the Wyoming County Jail.
