WILKES-BARRE -- Police are investigating an assault and robbery in Wilkes-Barre.
It happened around 2:30 p.m. Monday on Wood Street.
Police said man attacked another person then stole his cell phone and ran.
A short time later, police arrested another man at a home on Barney Street who was identified by the victim as the suspected mugger.
