STROUDSBURG -- One man is in custody and another was taken to the hospital after a stabbing in Monroe County.
Police tell us a fight broke out Tuesday afternoon between two men on South Eighth Street in Stroudsburg.
According to officers, Andrew Rondon, 26, stabbed Dennis McWilliams, 27, in the shoulder and broke his leg by stomping on it.
Rondon was taken into custody and McWilliams is in the hospital after the incident.
