MIDDLE SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP -- Charges were filed Monday against a man police believe installed video cameras in showers at a campground in the Poconos.
Troopers said Kenneth Schiff, 49, of Somerset, New Jersey placed several hidden cameras in the showers at Otter Lake Campground near Marshalls Creek.
People staying there discovered the cameras in August of 2012.
Investigators said Schiff was a guest staying at the campground.
He is being charged with invasion of privacy.
