POTTSVILLE — Two people were flown to a hospital Sunday night after fire broke out at an apartment building in Pottsville.
Emergency dispatchers said firefighters quickly put out the flames in the 700 block of Mahantongo Street around 8 p.m.
The building was evacuated.
The two victims were listed in critical condition on Monday.
There is no word on how many people were forced out or how the fire started.
