CANTON -- A woman and a man are dead after a shooting in Bradford County.

Neighbors living next to the home in Canton said a woman inside the home came to them around 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, covered in blood and telling them to call 911.

When state police arrived at the home on East Main Street, they found two people inside.

Teesha Rieco, 24, was dead. Curtis Chisman, 44, was severely injured from a gunshot wound.

He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Troopers have not named a suspect in the case, but they said there is no concern for public safety.

She was the one who went to the neighbors' house and alerted them about the violence.

Neighbors also said Teesha Rieco was a mother, and has a one-month-old baby.

There is no word if the newborn was inside the home at the time of the shooting.
