WILKES-BARRE — A fire-damaged apartment building in Luzerne County was torn down Friday morning.
The place along Carlisle Street burned early Sunday Morning.
Because of the condition of the building, the city’s fire inspector could not go inside to investigate, so the cause of the weekend fire in Wilkes-Barre remains undetermined.
