U.S. Marshals said they’ve tracked down one of Pennsylvania’s most wanted fugitive sex offenders.

They arrested Chester bowers in Wisconsin. He is originally from Lycoming County.

Marshals said Bowers was convicted in 2000 for indecent assault.

However, authorities said he never registered himself as a sex offender following his release from state prison, and he left the commonwealth.

Bowers is awaiting extradition back to Pennsylvania.
