SCRANTON -- Dozens of drivers in Scranton might have been a bit late to work or school Wednesday morning after a truck blocked a major entrance ramp.

Scranton police said the driver of a tractor-trailer hauling frozen fish was trying to get on the Central Scranton expressway to head into the city around 6:45 a.m.

Officers said a bad glare from the sun caused the driver to miss his turn sending the rig up over a curb and into a hillside. It ended up blocking the entrance ramp to the expressway for more than an hour.

Scranton police said no one was hurt and no other vehicles were involved. No charges will be filed because it appears to be an accident.
