SCRANTON — Emergency bridge work may slow drivers in Lackawanna County.
According to PennDOT, one lane of Interstate 81 south will be closed between the Dickson City/Main Avenue exit (190) and the Dunmore/Throop exit (188).
Crews hope to reopen the lane by 2 p.m.
