WILKES-BARRE -- A man will spend up to ten years in prison for robbing three banks in Luzerne County.
Girard Kalinay from Harveys Lake was sentenced by a judge in Luzerne county Friday morning to six and a half to ten years in prison.
He pleaded guilty in January to robbing three different banks in Luzerne County in the last two years.
Troopers say Kalinay told them he needed the money to pay off debts.
