SCRANTON — A man charged with the theft of items from a closed bar in Lackawanna County was sentenced Tuesday.
Jeffery Schultz was sentenced to seven months in state prison and then two years of special probation for drug addiction.
In May, 2012, Schultz was charged with taking items from Whistles Pub and Eatery in Scranton. The bar closed in 2011.
The stolen items were later found in a store in the Mall at Steamtown.
