HAZLE TOWNSHIP -- Investigators think they know who spray painted graffiti on garages in part of Luzerne County.
Police tell us smiley faces and an insult to two West Hazleton police officers were painted Sunday night or Monday morning near Hazleton.
The police chief thinks somebody who received several traffic violations in West Hazleton is responsible for the vandalism spree.
