Valley View used the long ball on Thursday night to defeat Wallenpaupack 6-0 in girl's high-school softball.
The boy's baseball team from Valley View came back from a 1-0 deficit to Wallenpaupack to win 5-2.
Both the Lady Cougars softball team and the Cougars baseball team are undefeated here so early in the spring of 2013.
