WILKES-BARRE — After deliberating for only eight minutes, a jury found a man guilty on all counts in a child sex trial in Luzerne County.
Clyde Tonkin was arrested last year. He was accused of getting the girl pregnant and running away with her to Ohio.
On Monday, a Luzerne County judge hearing the case decided to go ahead with the trial, even though Tonkin is missing.
