“Do It for Kids” Walk-A-Thon

Wyoming Valley Children’s Association sponsors the Walk-A-Thon to benefit children with developmental difficulties.  The event is at the school on Wyoming Ave in Forty Fort, Saturday, April 27.  Registration begins at 9 a.m. and the walk starts at 10 a.m.  The walk is followed by fun for the entire family with food, pony rides, a moon bounce, face painting, music, vendors, raffles & more!

Bark for Life of Lycoming County

Bring your canine best friend and join the fun-filled day starting with a walk followed by demonstrations, contests, and games.  The event benefits the American Cancer Society.  Bark for Life is at the South Williamsport Community Park on Sunday, April 28 from noon – 3 p.m.  Each registered dog get a bandana.  All dogs must be on a leash.
