TUNKHANNOCK — A man will spend up to five years in prison for a deadly crash in Wyoming County.
Clayton Firth was sentenced Wednesday to 16 to 60 months in prison for a wreck along Keelersburg Road near Tunkhannock in November of 2012.
State police say Firth was driving under the influence when he lost control of his vehicle and hit a tree. A passenger was killed.
Firth pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and DUI last month in Wyoming County.
