SAYLORSBURG -- According to the Monroe County District Attorney, a man from East Stroudsburg stole thousands from his former employer.
Authorities charged Ulises Medina, 57, for stealing $5,210.50 from Human Resources Inc. of Saylorsburg.
Medina was a former director at the company, that supports services to mentally, physically, and emotionally challenged people. They are funded by the government and charities.
According to investigators, Medina was caught by workers at the company stealing a check. It was later discovered Medina deposited into his person checking account.
Medina is scheduled to be in court next week.
