LACKAWANNA COUNTY — A man wanted on attempted homicide charges in Lackawanna County has been caught in Colombia.
U.S. Marshals say they arrested John Caro of East Stroudsburg.
Caro is accused of firing shots at an SUV along Interstate 81 back in 2006.
A woman was hit in the face and neck.
Caro is awaiting extradition back to the United States.
