Inside the Extreme Fitness Gym in Saint Clair Schuylkill County two amateur boxers Elizabeth Morris from Pottsville and Antonio Conigliaro from Saint Clair get it one final workout before Friday's Pennsylvania Golden Glove Tournament of Champions.

"I feel ready. I feel strong and quick. Just can't wait," said Antonio Conigliaro 123lb fighter.

"It's always nice to get in the ring and fight in front of a crowd. Yeah especially so close to home. I'll have a lot of family there so it's nice," said Elizabeth Morris.

This is Elizabeth's eighth amateur fight and for Antonio his 28th. They are both 20 years old and in the future they would like to turn pro.

"I did it when I was little and I fell in love with the sport, and I can't wait to turn pro and move on," again said Antonio.

On Friday at Marian Catholic high-school in Hometown Schuylkill County Elizabeth fights a familiar opponent one she's already defeated.

"I beat her! Did you knock her out? I had her standing eight count. The last round if it would of went a round longer I think I could of done worse. So your looking for maybe a quick knockout in this one? You never go for a knockout. You just try to work her down-work her down. I think I do a good job on this fight," again said Elizabeth.

Antonio is hoping all his hard training pays off with a win.

"This fight I use a lot of speed and a lot of movement. It's going to be back and forth and I can't wait," again said Antonio.

"Like we always finish every Newswatch 16 sports story with? Elizabeth says pushups. Antonio take us out. OK down 1, down 2, down 3.
