SCRANTON — A woman from Virginia has agreed to plead guilty to mail fraud in Lackawanna County.
Federal investigators say Christine Tufts, 43, the owner of Foremost Settlement Services in Moosic, kept money that was supposed to be used to pay off clients’ mortgages.
Tufts was indicted by a federal grand jury in August, 2012.
