SOUTH ABINGTON TOWNSHIP — A new artificial turf field is almost entirely installed in Lackawanna County.
We found crews working on the field in the park near Clarks Summit.
Officials said the field will be used for soccer, lacrosse, and football.
The new turf is part of a nearly $1.5 million renovation project at the park in Lackawanna County, being paid for with state gaming funds, grants, and fundraising.
