SCOTT TOWNSHIP -- An off-ramp along Interstate 81 north in Lackawanna County is back open after a crash closed it Monday morning.
State police in Lackawanna County tell us a van crashed into a truck carrying an oversized load at the Waverly exit (197) north of Clarks Summit.
Authorities think the sun might have interfered with the driver's sight.
