HAMILTON TOWNSHIP — A crash near Sciota in Monroe County left an elderly man dead.
Authorities say Thomas Giarrizzo, 82, of Stroudsburg died in Sunday morning’s wreck on Neyhart Road in Hamilton Township.
State police say Giarrizzo’s car went off the road and hit a tree.
The Monroe County Coroner believes that Giarrizzo may have had some kind of medical problem which led to the crash.
