SALEM TOWNSHIP -- A day care in Wayne County has had its license revoked by the state.
An investigation into the place turned up instances of alleged child abuse.
The state Department of Welfare shut down the Just 4 Kids Day Care and Learning Center in Hamlin late last month.
Now, its license has been revoked.
The state started investigating the day care in Wayne County after allegations that a child had been held upside down by his ankles and duct-taped.
