MONROE COUNTY — Construction on a busy bridge in the Selinsgrove area began Wednesday.
The truss bridge on Route 522, also known as the green bridge, goes over Penn’s Creek in Snyder County.
The bridge is expected to be down to one lane over the next few months and a detour will be in effect for one direction of travel through August, according to PennDOT.
