SCRANTON — A man from Lackawanna County is locked up on child porn charges.
Alesis Gabriel Olivar, 34, was taken into custody Tuesday.
Investigators searched his apartment in the 600 block of Adams Avenue in Scranton.
Olivar is accused of having inappropriate pictures of children on his computer.
