KINGSTON — Court papers have revealed the identity of the 18-year-old Wyoming Valley West student who was driving a car that slammed into a car dealership in Kingston last month.

According to the documents, Tyler Troth along with two other Valley West students had the smell of alcohol on their breath. Police said they found open cans of Keystone Ice beer on the rear seat of the car.

One of the passengers was hospitalized because of injuries from the wreck.

The Luzerne County D.A. has approved a request for a warrant to seize the medical records of Tyler Troth.
