STROUDSBURG — A jury selection hearing scheduled Tuesday in the trial of a man accused of killing another man while driving drunk has been postponed.
James York of Effort is charged with homicide by motor vehicle while DUI in the death of Walter Michalick in March of 2012.
The trial has been postponed due to scheduling conflicts, according to the public defender’s office.
The trial is now expected to begin in July or August.
Investigators also say that York was driving with a revoked license.
