SCRANTON — A young man from Lackawanna County made an impression in Washington D.C. Monday morning.

The president and first family were on the White House lawn taking part in the Easter egg roll when one of the kids at the event started crying.

Mr. Obama then went over, gave him a hug, and told him to “shake it off,” according to ABC News.

It turns out that 5-year-old boy is from Scranton. He’s Donovan Frazier, son of Donnie Frazier, 35, of Scranton.

After the boy was consoled, the president went on read a story to all the children who turned out for the event.
