GILLETT — A man is accused of sexually abusing a young girl in Bradford County.
According to police, Rance Soule 65, of Waverly, New York allegedly touched a young girl inappropriately earlier this month in Gillett. He is charged with sexual assault and corruption of minors .
Soule is locked up in Bradford County on $75,000 dollars bail.
