KINGSTON -- Crews in Luzerne County started putting up a new scoreboard for the baseball field at Wyoming Valley West High School in Kingston.
Cranes placed the foundation for LED board into place Thursday. It is the first digital scoreboard the Spartans have ever had.
The scoreboard is scheduled to be up and operational by next week at their Kingston field on Pierce Street.
It was paid for by donations in the community and fundraising through the baseball booster club.
