SCOTT TOWNSHIP -- A three car crash caused by a tractor-trailer shut down part of Interstate 81 north in Lackawanna County Thursday night.
The crash happened near the Waverly exit around 10:00 p.m.
State police said the truck lost its rear wheels and crossed into the other lane. A woman drove into one of the wheels, then was hit by two other cars.
The woman was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. The truck was towed.
It took crews around two hours to clean up and reopen Interstate 81.
