RICE TOWNSHIP — State police in Luzerne County said they arrested a man who kept stabbing himself with scissors despite being zapped twice with a stun gun.
A trooper said he found Herbert Pyle, 49, from Plymouth walking along Interstate 81 on Wednesday.
When the trooper approached him, Pyle began stabbing himself with scissors!
Pyle also started walking towards that trooper and making a stabbing motion with the scissors.
It took another trooper and two blasts from a stun gun to subdue Pyle.
Pyle is charged with aggravated assault and several other charges.
He is locked up in the Luzerne County prison on $75,000 bail.
