HANOVER TOWNSHIP — Police in Luzerne County are investigating reports of shots fired.
Offices in Hanover Township tell us four people were seen running from the area of Luzerne and Division Streets around 6 a.m. Thursday.
Authorities do not think anyone was hit, but they do say a shell casing was found on the ground.
Police do not know what led to the shooting.
