SCRANTON — Two men from two different counties were indicted by a federal grand jury Tuesday for producing and possessing child porn.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Robert Raeder, 29, of Tamaqua and Jeremy Box, 29, of Hazleton were in court Tuesday and face similar charges.
Prosecutors said Raeder produced child porn videos and kept them on his computer from January, 2001 to December, 2012.
The mandatory minimum sentence is fifteen years in prison and a fine.
An investigation into Box found the Hazleton man receiving and distributing child porn from 2011 to 2013. If found guilty, he faces a similar sentence.
