TOBYHANNA — A teacher from Monroe County who faces child sex charges is out of jail.
Christopher Martinelli from the Tobyhanna area was released Monday after his bail was lowered.
The Pocono Mountain West high school teacher was arrested earlier this month.
Martinelli is accused of having inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old student in 2011.
School officials in Monroe County say Martinelli has been suspended and banned from school property.
