WEST PITTSTON — A man already in prison on a parole violation was arraigned Monday on child sex charges accused of molesting two girls.
Investigators say John Cooke of West Pittston sexually assaulted a girl inside a home and another girl while swimming.
The incidents alleged happened between 2009 and 2012.
Cooke is locked up with bail set at $125,000.
