SCRANTON -- A bridge over the Lackawanna River in Scranton was closed for a short time Monday.
The Army Corps of Engineers shut down the Albright Avenue Bridge to remove a flood gate.
Engineers say they found a problem with a seal on the flood gate during a routine inspection.
It was taken for repairs and should be back within ten days.
