WEST BRUNSWICK TOWNSHIP — A six-year-old girl died after a crash in Schuylkill County.
The wreck happened a little before noon on Sunday on Route 61 near Orwigsburg.
State police said the child was in a car that was pulling out of a parking lot onto Route 61 when it was struck by another car.
The six year old, and a three-year-old girl in the car were flown to Lehigh Valley Medical Center where the six year old died.
Both drivers were also taken to the hospital.
Troopers have not released the name of the child who died.
Route 61 was closed for several hours while police investigated the crash.
