HONESDALE — Three people from Wayne County are accused of stealing identities to get credit cards and using those cards to make purchases from stores in Wayne County and elsewhere.
Christa Strackbein, Jerry Strackbein, and Debra Meszler all turned themselves in Friday and were arraigned on theft-related charges.
Prosecutors said in one case 41 purchases were made on a card, totaling over $14,000.
