STROUDSBURG -- A former truck driver from New Jersey learned his punishment Friday for a deadly crash in the Poconos.
Jaswinder Singh was sentenced in Monroe County court to three years in prison.
Singh pleaded guilty earlier this year to involuntary manslaughter for a crash that killed a man from Scranton.
Police say Singh was driving on Route 33 south in July of 2010 when he crossed into oncoming traffic and hit Paul Miller's car head on, killing the 21 year old.
Singh apologized to the Miller Family in court Friday morning.
