Authorities said Andrew “A.J.” Goryl was found last week with serious head trauma and is still listed in the hospital in critical condition.
Court documents said detectives followed a trail of drag marks in the dirt and blood on the pavement where Goryl was found, to a home on North Lafayette Court.
The search warrant said several weapons, cell phones, computers, as well as a piece of mattress and blue jeans covered in suspected blood, were taken from the home and will be sent for forensic testing.
Hazleton Police told Newswatch 16 that three people inside the home have been interviewed, but they have not been named as suspects, persons of interest or witnesses in the beating case.
