Shooting Supect Arrested

SCRANTON — A man wanted for a shooting in Lackawanna County is in custody today.

Police tell us Ryan Clark was arrested Thursday night.

Officers say he got into a fight with another person on West Poplar Street and shot the victim in the leg Monday in Scranton.
