DUI, Endangerment Charges Against Freeland Man

HANOVER TOWNSHIP — A man from Luzerne County is facing a number of charges for allegedly driving drunk with his 2-year-old and 4-year-old in the car.

Daniel Scholl, 33, of Freeland was arrested in Hanover Township Monday night.

Police said Scholl appeared drunk and smelled of alcohol.

They also found empty beer cans in his car and signs the vehicle had been in a minor crash.

Scholl faces DUI and reckless endangerment charges.
