SUGAR NOTCH — A man from Luzerne County is accused of taking $2,500 to fix a roof for a customer in Sugar Notch but never repaired the roof.
Kenneth Wolfe of Hanover Township is now charged with theft.
He was locked up with bail set at $5,000.
