SCRANTON -- For a while on Monday, a ramp in Scranton was closed so crews could work on a bridge project.
But it didn't stay closed for long.
The Cedar Avenue on-ramp from Orchard Street to the Central Scranton Expressway was shut down Monday morning to allow crews to work on the damaged Moosic Street bridge.
But later in the day, PennDOT realized drivers were confused because there were not enough signs up to warn drivers about the closure.
PennDOT tells us crews will re-examine the detour plan and the ramp will remain open for at least two more weeks.
